The "Berliner Beratungsnetz für Zugewanderte" (Berlin network of counselling services for immigrants, BfZ) is an online database of services offering counselling and support for immigrants, covering a wide range of topics. Firstly, we have included the traditional migration consultation services that provide an initial orientation in questions of everyday life as well as advice in legal matters of residency. We have also included the numerous counselling services that have emerged during recent years which cater specifically to refugees’ needs. The database encompasses also services that provide accompaniment and language mediation, medical services for immigrants without health insurance and many more.
